Rajan has been a financial advisor for 21 years. He holds Series 7 and 66 with LPL Financial, as well as life, accident, and health licenses. His areas of specialization include retirement, tax, estate, investment, and distribution planning. He holds a B.S. from SUNY Plattsburgh (’97) and has completed the Certified Financial Planner™ curriculum at the College of St. Rose. He has worked with several not-for-profit organizations in designing endowment plans.

Jason has been a financial advisor for 13 years, and holds Series 6, 7, 65 and 63 Licenses. He also maintains his life, accident, and health licenses. He serves small business owners, healthcare workers, socially responsible investors, as well as the higher education markets. He holds a B.S. from Roberts Wesleyan College (’07) and is a CFP® (Certified Financial Planner).

Carmen graduated from Western New England University with a bachelors in Law and Society with a minor is Psychology. Prior to starting his career, Carmen has had experience in operations and account management in the back office at Purshe Kaplan Sterling. He holds series 7 and series 66 with LPL Financial. Carmen works with Rajan Kumar.
Dave has several years’ experience in client-support services for the financial advisory team, currently with LPL, and previously with VALIC. In addition, he has decades of experience in the administration and management of healthcare facilities throughout New York State. He currently provides a wide range of support services to the 435 Financial advisory team, and is instrumental in ensuring the delivery of superior service to clients. Dave holds a Master’s of Public Administration from the State University of New York at Brockport.
Mary has over 30 years of experience in the banking and insurance industries. With her extensive background in management and administration, as well as in software development and utilization, she brings rigorous quantitative skills and organizational capabilities to support 435 Financial. She holds a B.S. in mathematics from University at Albany and an M.S. in computer science from Union College.
